Once your bill is paid, we'll notify you in the app, and you can always check directly:
- Tap History
- Tap the bill you would like to review
- Review the status and the Bill Paid Date
Please note, once the payment has been processed it may take 2-3 business days to see the payment posted on the biller's website.
If you don't see your payment posted on the biller's website after 5 business days, please reach out to us at care@paytm.ca
