Notifications and bill reminders

If you don't want to receive notifications that we send about upcoming bills you can turn this feature off through the following steps:

  • Go to "My Bills"
  • Tap the bill which you'd like to stop reminders
  • Go to the top right and select "Details"
  • Go to the top right and select "Edit"
  • Scroll down to "SmartAlerts"
  • Toggle this so that it is switched off. 
  • Confirm you want to disable SmartAlerts
  • Done!

To unsubscribe from our general mailing list, including announcements, promotions, and deals:

  1. Go to "Profile/More"
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Toggle "Receive Email Updates" and confirm to unsubscribe
