If you forgot your password:

2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter the email address you used to create your account with Paytm
4. Click Reset Password
5. Check your email for a link prompting you to reset your password. If you can't find it, check your spam folder for this message.
If you no longer have access to your email:
1. Email us
2. In the subject line, provide us with your old email address on file and the phone number
3. Provide us with the new email you would like your Paytm account linked to
3. Attach a PDF copy of your government issued ID
4. Send the email. Somebody from our customer care team will get back to you as quickly as possible
