Verifying Your Own Account:
Fill out all the information fields in your profile. This can be done by heading to "Profile" --> "Edit".
Make sure to check the field indicating that this is your personal account!
If you try to enter your occupation and do not see it listed, please choose the one that seems to be the closest match, and then contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know!
If you encounter an issue with verifying your account, please contact us at email@example.com and we will manually verify your account.
Please have the following documents ready when emailing us:
- Credit card statement or Bank statement that clearly has your name and address as mentioned in the app
- Utility bill (for example, electricity, water, telecommunications) which also has your name and address as mentioned in the app
If you don't have any utility bills, you can also provide the following:
- RRSP statement
- Records of Employment
The estimated time to verify an account is approximately 24-48 hours.
