Verifying Your Own Account:
1. Fill out all the information fields in your profile. This can be done by heading to "Profile" --> click on your name to Edit.
2. Click on "Rewards" -> "Collect" -> "Verify your Profile"
If you try to enter your occupation and do not see it listed, please choose the one that seems to be the closest match.
If you encounter an issue verifying through the app, please upload your documents using our secure portal: https://care.paytm.ca/hc/en-us/requests/new
We need one document from each category:
1. Credit card statement or Bank statement that clearly has your name and address as mentioned in the app
2. Utility can be a mobile bill, Internet bill, Hydro bill, Water bill, Gas bill ,RRSP Statement or Record of employment, which also has your name and address that match your profile information
Documents not accepted for verification purposes : ID cards of any kind, pay stubs , prepaid phone bills, letter of employment written by human resources, void checks , T4
All documents will need to be in PDF format downloaded directly from the biller's or bank's site.
**Please note we do not accept any scanned documents or photos for verification**
