Change Address on Paytm
When you make a change to your profile, you'll need to send in two verification documents to confirm your new address. We require these documents to be in unredacted PDF format. The following documents are accepted:
1. Credit card statement or Bank statement that clearly has your name and address as mentioned in the app
2. Utility Bill which can be a mobile bill, Internet bill, Hydro bill, Water bill or Gas bill, that also has your name and address matching your profile information.
Alternative documents can be sent in if a utility bill is not available:
- RRSP statement
- Records of Employment
Change Address on Credit Card
If you've changed your address on your credit card, please ensure it matches the address on your Paytm profile. Once you've done so, make sure to delete and re-add the card.
