Change Address with Paytm
To change your address with us, you'll need to send in two (2) documents to verify your identity with the new address. We require one (1) document from each category:
1. Bank or credit card statement:
- The statement must be an original pdf download (or a picture of an original physical document) displaying your full name and new address.

2. Utility Bill:
- This can be a mobile, internet, hydro, water, or gas bill displaying your full name and new address.

Change Address with Credit Card
If you've changed your address on your credit card, please ensure it matches the address of your Paytm profile. Once complete, delete and re-add the card.

Wow! What an incredible overreach requesting such documents that normally we are advised never to disclose to any entity especially not an app on my phone that not only takes my banking information let alone additional sensitive information like records of Employement and credit card statements that possess such sensitive private information. It boggles my mind your Company thinks that it’s appropriate to request such things from their customers. Especially after a recent CBC marketplace documentary that was just released outlining how call centres in Other countries cultivate our private information and Steel our identities. And how many people are clueless that the identities of being stolen. This all makes me completely nervous and I almost want to shut this app down if that is the way you guys do business and make money. - from a very nervous client who is thinking this may not have been a good idea #regret #creditfreeze
