Download the app, create your account, and get started paying your bills and earning Paytm Points!
1) Create your account
- Tap here to download the app!
- Open the app and connect or authenticate by Gmail and email
- Verify your email and phone number*
- Add a referral code! (starting with "PTM")
- Complete your profile**
- Done!
*Your number must be a post-paid Canadian phone number.
**This should match your legal information so we can verify your identity and allow you to transact easily.
2) Add a payment method
Add your first payment method to pay your first bill!
- Go to "Profile/More" and tap "Payment Methods" and choose from:
- Add Debit or Credit Card
- Add Money to Paytm Cash*
- Add Bank Account*
- Enter your payment information and you're done.
*When adding a bank account or Paytm Cash, you'll need to verify your account
3) Add a payee
You can add almost any payee to the Paytm app!
- Go to "Bills" and tap "Add New Payee"
- Search for your payee and follow the instructions to add them*
* You'll likely be asked to enter your account number, or another related identifying number.
4) Pay your first bill and earn points!
- Go to "Bills" and tap your payee
- Enter the amount and tap "Pay now"
- Review your order and payment method
- Check your Bill Paid Date!
- Tap "Proceed to Pay" and you're done!
5) Done!
