How does it work?
Pay a bill for 12 consecutive months. After 12 months, you’ll automatically receive a 10% bonus of your overall points for that specific bill.
What if I have multiple bills with one biller?
That’s okay! For example, if you’re paying your cell phone bill and a relatives cell phone bill, you’ll receive 10% bonus for each bill after 12 months has been reached.
Does this apply to any biller?
Yes! The 10% will be applied to every bill. So, if you paid a bill to different account numbers even though they are in the same category (eg: credit cards, mobile, taxes, etc) you will receive the loyalty bonus points.
What if I changed providers, but still pay the same bill? E.g. Telecommunications
Contact us (link) to let us know and we’ll manually review this for you. We understand that changes happen, and if you’ve paid it for a year straight, the bonus points should be added.
