If you or your customers are attempting to complete a payment through a Paytm hosted solution and you don’t see a place to enter your payment information (example below) there are a couple of solutions which should do the trick.
- Whitelist https://p.paytm.ca/pages in your browser and firewall
- Ensure Paytm is whitelisted in your browser popup blocker and firewall if you use these security features.
- Update to the latest version of your Browser.
- We test with and support the last two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We’ve included links to ensuring your using the latest version below (based on your operating system)
