As a government-regulated money service business, Paytm will periodically need to ensure that your account information, including address and occupation, is up to date.
We understand you may have a very full schedule and we want to make this quick and easy for you.
Simply confirm your info and you're done!
Important, until you confirm your account information, we won't be able to process any further:
- Payments to credit card, loan, investment, or insurance bills, including any new scheduled bills
- Paytm cash top-ups
- P2P transactions
Additionally, after 14 days, if you don't confirm your account information, any existing scheduled bill payments will no longer be processed.
To minimize any chance of disruption to your service, we’ll send two follow up emails, alerting you to the impact to your account.
