If you have received an email from our team letting you know that your Paytm Points are about to expire, here’s how you can make the most of your points:
1) Collect new Paytm Points
Paytm Points only expire if you have not earned any new points within the last 6 months (or 12 months in Quebec). The best way to ensure your points do not expire is to earn more before the Points expiry date shown in the email.
You can do this by either making a bill payment or purchasing an e-gift card through our app. Since Paytm Points are only collected once a transaction is complete, you’ll need to make sure that your payment or e-gift card purchase is fully completed before the points expiry date.
For example:
If your Paytm Points expire on December 1st, your Bill Paid Date or Reward Delivery Date must show November 30th, or earlier. These dates are shown on the ‘Review Order’ page before you make any transaction.
2) Redeem your Paytm Points
If you don’t have any bills to pay, you can always use up those Paytm Points before they expire by redeeming them towards a discount on any of the e-gift cards we have available in our Rewards section.
For more info on how to redeem your points, see here.
